Let’s Get Social Raleigh (LGSR) is a national leader in designing large-scale and custom adult experiences that harness the power of play, nature, and human connection to improve public health, combat loneliness, and strengthen community.
In May 2025, the City of Raleigh issued an official Proclamation recognizing Let's Get Social Raleigh's Adult Recess Festival, the nation's only wellness festival focused exclusively on adult self-care through play and community connection. This recognition reflects a growing reality: loneliness, burnout, and stress are not just personal struggles, they are urgent public health and workforce challenges.
LGSR's Adult Recess is both a civic and corporate wellness intervention, treating joy, connection and self-care as essential to thriving communities and healthier workplaces.
